Welbeck Hall is a beautiful Edwardian-period building, built in 1909, overlooking the River Trent and immediately adjacent to the architecturally-striking Suspension Bridge that is one of the famous landmarks of the City of Nottingham. Right opposite Welbeck Hall on the Meadows embankment of the River Trent are the dramatic, recently-restored Memorial Gardens which form the perfect visual backdrop for celebratory photos right through the four seasons.
Over the years, Welbeck Hall has widened its doors to welcome licensed civil wedding ceremonies and bespoke rceptions, celebrations of life, corporate events, charitable fayres and all kinds of celebratory events, from small, intimate “do’s”, right up to larger events for 100 or more guests. Recently , we have relaunched a very popular Sunday Lunch Carvery served in our Riverside Dining Room and adjacent Riverside Terrace.
We are lucky enough to have a generous private car parking for our customers’ use. There is unimpeded access from the acr park to the whole of the ground-fllor area giving full accessibility to the bar, lounge, terraced areas at the front and riverside, our Bridge Suite Ceremony Room and the main Riverside Suite Dining Room and rest rooms. There is a stair lift available for access up the grand main staircase to the first-floor Temple Ceremony Room.
When having your wedding or other event at Welbeck Hall, the option of having exclusive access to the entire venue is available to you. With two ceremony rooms licensed for civil wedding ceremonies, two dining/event rooms, a spacious fully stocked bar and lounge area, free on-site parking and outdoor seating with riverside views, this remarkable venue has so much to offer to make your day as special as can be.
